ICG’s Emerging Cinematographer Awards gives honorees an opportunity to present themselves as Directors of Photography by entering a short film for consideration to be one of the top selected Honorees. Members already classified in the union as a Director of Photography cannot apply. Local 600 members not currently classified as Directors of Photography are invited to submit an entry for the 2018 Emerging Cinematographer Awards. To submit your film, you must sign up for a FilmFreeway account. Please read the qualification guidelines prior to submitting your work. The entry deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018 by 11:59 pm PST.
